  1. How can I make a return?

    Email us at restore@nationsonfire.org with your order number and the information about which product you want to return or exchange.
  1. How much time do I have to return a product purchased at www.restoreonline.pl?

    Notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of receiving your package, and then send the return package to us within the following 14 days. Returns delivered after this period will not be processed.
  1. How do I send a return package?
    In our reply email, you will receive a return label, which you need to attach to the package and send via an InPost parcel locker.
  1. Are all products eligible for returns?
    Yes, however, the condition for accepting a return is that the product must have a tag and show no signs of use, such as stains, strong odors, or having been washed. Products showing any of these signs are not eligible for return and will either be sent back to you at your expense, or the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of cleaning or repair.
  1. How long does it take to process a return and issue a refund?
    The return process begins when your package is unpacked by our staff. From that point, the refund will take a maximum of 7 days, and you will be informed via email.
